Bile Duct Cancer Awareness
February is Gallbladder and Bile Duct Cancer Awareness Month. Unlike other, more common forms of cancer, such as breast, colon and prostate cancer, there is an overall lack of knowledge among the general public about gallbladder and bile duct cancer, which is relatively rare. Therefore, the goal of Gallbladder and Bile Duct Cancer Awareness Month is to get people talking and raise awareness about these conditions as well as early detection.
Southern Belle Firearms & Training is owned and operated by Jennifer Fredell-Saucier. On December 6, 2021 her Mother, Glenda Fredell was diagnosed with this very rare and aggressive cancer and began her fight to battle this awful disease on February 1, 2022 as she began intensive chemotherapy treatments. As a way to cope with her Mother’s diagnosis, as well as raise awareness and promote early detection, Jennifer made the decision to act!
She partnered with various small business owners to design and print apparel, bracelets, tumblers, masks, etc…to raise money to help benefit her Mother. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Glenda as well as assist in the community to raise awareness for Bile Duct Cancer. The Fredell family greatly appreciates your support and prayers through these difficult and challenging times. They would like for everyone to help spread the word and support Glenda so she knows that she is #GlendaStrong and is NOT fighting this battle alone.

Southern Belle Firearms & Training is a family owned and operated business that specializes in various areas of firearms training, self-defense, as well as youth safety and awareness courses. Our training programs are specifically designed for all levels of civilian shooters, as well as law enforcement officers and/or agencies.
We also provide mobile training opportunities and provide training across North Carolina and the southeast.
Southern Belle Firearms & Training tries to conduct at least one (1) North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Class each month, but we are capable of scheduling classes for groups on other dates as well. Our North Carolina Concealed Carry Classes are generally held in Cleveland County, NC. Our knowledgeable and educated staff has the ability to teach various other classes including but not limited to: NRA Basic Handgun class, Advanced Handgun Class, NRA Basic Rifle, NRA Precision Rifle, and NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home, and H.R.218 for retired law enforcement officers.
Our North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Class is required to obtain a North Carolina Concealed Carry Permit “CCH Permit”. This class is taught by myself, along with my husband, who is a North Carolina Certified Law Enforcement Officer and Certified Firearms Instructor. We are continually working to obtain additional certifications that will enable us to provide other extensive classes for anyone who may be interested.
